Members further pledge that they will inform each legitimate unsucessful applicant by way of a detailed list of items evaluated that failed the Award Programs criteria.      Webs Awards 10

I have made the difficult decision to close the M.O.A. Award Program.  As I am also owner of Treasures Of The Web, the award program there is taking up all my time and I simply don't have the time to devote to both programs.

The M.O.A. Award Program is COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) compliant.  Although the COPPA age for acceptance of information from children is 13, this awards program has chosen not to accept applications from anyone under the age of 18.  This site collects information through a guest book, contact links, and an award program.  The information is not used for any other purpose and is not kept on file.
